Stay Close to Everything You Love at Hollywood Manor

Stay Close to Everything You Love at Hollywood Manor

In Woodinville’s Hollywood Tourist District, Hollywood Manor offers a private, fully accessible setting for stays, retreats and celebrations of up to 14 guests. The home’s century-old architectural roots meet a substantial modern addition, themed suites and extensive grounds. Walk to wine tasting rooms, restaurants and nearby shops, or gather on-site for dining, music and outdoor entertainment.

A world away from routine, and steps from wine tasting, cuisine, recreation, concerts, events and more.

Uniquely situated in the Hollywood Tourist District of Woodinville’s wine country, a secluded private residence turned vacation rental and event venue is an uncommon experience for up to 14 guests. With its gracious and fully accessible interior and exterior spaces, Hollywood Manor is in a category of its own. Whether interested in a casual stay, conducting a business retreat, or hosting a celebration, this custom home and grounds will not disappoint.

The property is accessible directly from a main arterial, is gently terraced, and accommodates ample parking and outdoor entertainment for up to 50 guests. A covered stage serves up live music, dining or dancing, while the adjacent lawn yields yard games and event tents. Native plantings and vegetable gardens soften the landscape and provide dramatic colorful backdrops. Adjacent baseball fields offer hours of summer entertainment.

For 24 years, Jack’s Tractors operated a successful farm and lawn equipment repair shop from the original house and outbuilding until retirement in 2014. The next 5 years turned the main house into a community tap room, and the workshop to a wine tasting room. In 2019, the property was acquired to intentionally repurpose the 1.5 acre parcel for compliance with its residential-zoning.

The Sammamish Valley remains deeply connected to its roots. A dozen organic farms operate within a mile in either direction. Recognizing local culture, Hollywood Manor took shape on century-old architecture. In early 2024, the completed 5,200 square-foot add-on to the 1,700 square-foot 1950’s rambler became the largest permitted residential addition in the region. Designed to double as a showroom of installed product for their home-based remodeling business, the entire home is adorned with a variety of interior and exterior finishes into every room. Bespoke details resonate throughout the common areas and in each of the themed 5 suites for a comfortable stay.

Exploring the area on foot is encouraged as parking is somewhat limited. Over 20 wine tasting rooms and 12 restaurants are within a 15 minute walk. The neighboring Harvest development features the Somm Hotel and dozens of boutique shops on the square. If dining-in is your thing, local chefs are on hand to perform in Hollywood Manor’s gourmet kitchen. However you enjoy your visit, this magnificent home is designed for memorable gatherings.
