Season pork chops with salt, Accent (optional), garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and cajun seasoning (optional). Grill. Brush with BBQ sauce after grilling, grill a little longer, then bake in a foiled pan with a little water. Bake 1 hour at 300-325 degrees F.
BBQ sauce: Kraft steak sauce and ½ c. water, ½ lemon. Simmer till lemon is cooked through.
