Beef and Jumbo Macaroni Goulash
Ingredients:
- ½ package jumbo elbow macaroni
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 46-oz. can tomato juice
- 2 c. beef bouillon
- 4 medium carrots, sliced
- 1 4-oz. can mushrooms, drained
- 1 t. dry oregano
- 1 t. dry thyme
- 1 t. dry paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 10-oz. package frozen, cut green beans
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Brown beef and saute onion in a skillet. Pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients, except pasta. Bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in pasta and heat thoroughly.
